Before establishing STS, Inc., a diversified tax, accounting and consulting company, he was a Trust Operations Manager for First Bank Systems for 14 years and a staff accountant for 2 years at Charles Bailly & Co., Fargo, ND. He is a graduate of Dakota Business College, Fargo, ND and Moorhead State University, Moorhead, MN.Mr. Sogge has signed several hundred returns, with experience and formal training in the areas of individual taxation as well as farm returns. A seminar instructor, he has taught numerous courses on Employee Benefit Plans for small business under IRC sections 105 and 125.
