What to Bring
  • WOH's enough for all listed plus 3 extra for 1 LSS owner and 2 volunteers
  • Silent Auction items (only if you want to bring). Proceeds will be going to Make a Wish Foundation here in Omaha.
  • Scrappin' gift exchange, this is in lieu of a secret pal swap. Doesn't have to be scrappin' related. Limit is $10.00
  • Address labels ... name, address, DOB, and email addy please.
If you have friends that are joining us and they don't have a computer, please show them this site if you can.

Since Saturday will have a country theme, bring along those hats and boots -- you never know, there could be a prize waiting for you. You will kick up your heels.

Activities
  • Speaking of prizes .... Memories Etc. is our host Scrappin' Store for this years' event. They have graciously sold us a XXL CIS Tote for a drawing prize. I will be selling tickets for this -- $1.00 each or 11 for $10.00 (one ticket free). We will pay for the tote and excess monies will be donated to Make a Wish Foundation l... But wait, don't throw those tickets away, there will be other door prizes for you to win. (Note: the tote is at a very low price.)
  • Due to circumstances beyond my control, we will be scrappin', shoppin', snackin', chattin' and having fun at Memories Etc. both nights. So you will have the best of both worlds -- supplies and shoppin' at your fingertips Friday night and Saturday night. Please feel free to visit their website (www.memoriesetc.com) and take a tour through the store.

Agenda
  • We will met at the Ramada Inn (I-80/Hwy 370) in the lobby at 5:15 pm on Friday (Oct 27) to caravan to Memories Etc. which is only a short drive. You will get your goodie bags, name tags and dinner there. Speaking of dinner .... well, you know the extra $5.00 for the banquet room, I'm going to use that for the food for the evening. There will be meat trays, cheese and fruit trays, buns, chips and soda. And some CHOCOLATE!! Can't have a party without chocolate. LOL So, there will be NO extra charges for dinner that night. I hope this will be ok with everyone. Any comments, please email Lois at craftygir4@aol.com.
  • Please bring your WOH's and address labels on Friday night.
  • Saturday night we will have the gift exchange, games, fun and prizes.
  • Saturday's agenda will be in your programs that you will get Friday night ('cause I'm still working on them). But it will be a day of shoppin' fun.
  • Saturday night's dinner will be at El Bees ... a very reasonable Mexican restaurant. The food is excellent. It will be separate tickets for each person. We will eat at 5:30 pm.

  • I will be out of town from October 13 through October 23, but will be checking my email while away.
